Shubh Laxmi Jewellers believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellations will not be entertained if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
  • Special Occasions: No cancellations are accepted for special occasion products (e.g., Diwali, Dhanteras, Valentine’s Day) due to limited-time promotional offers and high demand.
  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: Once production has commenced on a custom jewelry piece, the order cannot be cancelled. We recommend initiating any cancellation request within 12 hours for such items.
  • Same Day Delivery: There is no cancellation available for orders opted for Same Day Delivery.

Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

At Shubh Laxmi Jewellers, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on our standard collections.

  • Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unworn condition with all certificates and packaging intact.
  • Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected at our facility.
  • Payment Reversal: Refunds are processed only via the original payment method (Source Account/UPI/Card). No alternate refund modes are allowed.
  • Product Unavailability: If a specific jewelry piece ordered is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated immediately via reversal to your account.

Exchange Policy

In the event of an exchange, delivery timelines depend on product availability:

  • In-Stock Items: If your replacement item is ready to ship, expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
  • New/Custom Designs: If you opt for a different design or your original choice is unavailable, the crafting timeframe may extend to 15 to 20 days.
  • Damaged Items: Please report damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt for an immediate evaluation by our service team.
