Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellations will not be entertained if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
There is no cancellation for Same Day Delivery orders.
No cancellations are accepted for special occasion products (e.g., Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day) due to limited-time promotional offers.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same within 5 days through the Contact Us section on the website. The request will be entertained only after the merchant's inspection.
If you believe the product received is not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, report it within 24 hours of receipt. The Customer Service Team will evaluate the issue and take an appropriate decision.
For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer to the manufacturer directly for complaints.
Refund Policy
Order history (post-login) is available for the past 6 months only.
If a book/product ordered is unavailable, the full payment will be refunded through reversal to the same account used during payment.
Refunds may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account.
Refunds will be processed only via the original payment method. No alternate refund modes are allowed.
All product purchases come with a 15-day money-back guarantee.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of purchase with your order details (including order number).
Refunds are processed within 21 days from the day the item is received by Shubhlaxmigoa House.
