2. Product Authenticity and Descriptions

We specialize in high-quality Gold, Silver, Pearls, and Gemstone jewellery. Our products are BIS Hallmarked where applicable, ensuring the highest standards of purity and authenticity.

• Minor variations in stone color and metal weight may occur as many pieces are handcrafted.
• Price includes metal cost, labor, wastages, and applicable taxes (GST).
• Gold and Silver rates mentioned on the website are for reference and may vary based on market fluctuations.

3. Custom Design & Orders

Shubh Laxmi Jewellers offers bespoke custom design services. For custom projects:

• Final designs must be approved by the customer before production begins.
• Once production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
• The design remains the intellectual property of Shubh Laxmi Jewellers.

4. Pricing and Payments

Payments must be made in full before an order is processed for shipping. Cheque, draft, and card payments are subject to realization. For credit bills, settlement must be within 15 days, otherwise, a 16% annual interest will apply.

5. Exchange & Buy Back Policy

• Original bill is mandatory for all future exchange or buy-back transactions.
• Exchange is based on net weight after removing stones, dirt, etc., with applicable deductions.
• Dents, breakage, or discoloration due to usage do not qualify for free replacement.
• Diamond ornaments: In exchange, making charges are deducted. In buy-back, making charges plus 10% of current diamond value are deducted.
• All payments for buy-back will be made via A/C Payee Cheque only.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer secure and insured shipping. Please verify the weight and condition of the parcel before accepting delivery. No claims regarding weight or design will be entertained after the delivery is accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including jewelry designs, images, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Shubh Laxmi Jewellers. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
