For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post.
Orders are typically shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery schedule confirmed at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms. Our logistics partner is BVC Logistic.
Note: BVC Logistic is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier or postal services. However, we ensure that the consignment is handed over to the courier/postal service within 15 working days of order and payment confirmation (or as agreed during order placement).
Delivery will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the billing details unless specified otherwise during the order.
