For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post.

Orders are typically shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery schedule confirmed at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms. Our logistics partner is BVC Logistic.

Note: BVC Logistic is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier or postal services. However, we ensure that the consignment is handed over to the courier/postal service within 15 working days of order and payment confirmation (or as agreed during order placement).

Delivery will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the billing details unless specified otherwise during the order.

Damage in Transit: We are not responsible for any damages to the product that may occur while in transit to the buyer.

Delivery Fee

• Delivery charges are calculated separately for each product.
• If multiple products (e.g., "Contract Act" and "Partnership Act") are ordered, separate shipping charges apply as they may be shipped from different cities.
• Website calculates freight only for deliveries within India.
• For international orders, customers are encouraged to pay via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Demand Draft (DD) to avoid repeat payments.

Order History & Refunds

• Order history after login is available only for the last 6 months.
• If a book or product is unavailable, a full refund will be made to the same account used for payment.
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 10–15 working days.
• Refunds are issued only through the original payment method used.
