2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer high-value insured shipping for all orders within India to protect your investment during transit.
- Delivery Partner: Primarily BVC Logistic and other secure domestic couriers.
- Estimated Time: 5-7 business days for ready-to-ship items; 10-15 business days for custom-crafted designs.
- Address: Delivery will be made to the registered billing address of the buyer unless specified otherwise during checkout.
3. International Shipping
We cater to international buyers through registered international courier companies and International Speed Post.
- Estimated Time: 15-20 business days depending on customs clearance in your country.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer as per their country's regulations.
- Payment: For international orders, we recommend payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or secure online gateways.
4. Shipping Insurance & Security
Every shipment from Shubh Laxmi Jewellers is 100% insured until it reaches your doorstep. To ensure maximum security:
- An OTP or signature may be required upon delivery.
- We take full responsibility for the safety of your jewelry during transit until the point of delivery confirmation.
- Important: Please do not accept the package if the outer seal or BVC tampering tape is broken.
5. Processing & Dispatch
As our jewelry is often handcrafted, processing times vary:
- Ready-to-Ship: Dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation.
- Custom Designs: Dispatched within 15 working days or as per the schedule confirmed at the time of order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a message containing your Tracking Number. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time via our logistics partner's website.
7. Address Changes
For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been handed over to the courier. Please ensure all shipping information is 100% accurate at the time of purchase.
