Return & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Shubh Laxmi Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry. If you face any issues with your purchase, please read this policy to understand the return and refund process.

2. Return Window

Customers must initiate a return request within 5 (five) business days from the date of delivery. Any request after this 5-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Conditions for Return

A return or exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the product is received in a broken or damaged condition. (Please do not accept the package if the outer seal is tampered).
  • Manufacturing Defect: Any inherent defect in the metal or stone setting found upon inspection.
  • Wrong Product: If the item received is different from what was ordered (wrong design or size).
  • Original Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by the original invoice, certificates, and packaging.
4. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps within the 5-day window:

  2. Step 2: Provide your Order Number and a clear Unboxing Video or photographs showing the damage/defect.
  3. Step 3: Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours.
  4. Step 4: Once approved, our logistics partner (BVC Logistic) will coordinate the pickup.
5. Inspection & Verification

Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the claim is valid, we will proceed with a replacement or refund. If the damage is found to have occurred after delivery due to customer handling, the request will be declined and the product will be sent back at the customer's expense.

6. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Source Account/UPI/Card).
  • For certain cases, a coupon code or credit note may be issued for future purchases if the original item is out of stock.
7. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production (for custom designs) or dispatch has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
8. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been resized, altered by a third-party jeweler, or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
