Return Policy

The Company shall entertain returns only in the below-mentioned cases:

1. Receipt of Short-Expiry Product(s)

By registering with the Website, you can access or view the prices, product inventories, and purchase orders electronically. You are responsible for using the Website in a secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.

2. Receipt of Product(s) Damaged in Transit
  • Do not accept your order if you receive a tampered consignment as evident from the packaging.
  • If received, and after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damaged, then within no later than 2 hours from receipt, click photos of:
    • The damaged product(s)
    • The product label(s)
  • Send the photos to info@shubhlaxmigoa.com along with your order number and invoice number.
  • An investigation will be initiated. If found valid, a new product will be shipped (subject to stock availability).
  • If stock is not available, a coupon/credit note will be issued for future purchase.
  • No extra shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
3. Receipt of Product with Manufacturing Defect
  • Upon receiving the order, if you find any manufacturing defect, kindly send a photo of the product’s label to info@shubhlaxmigoa.com within 4 hours of receiving the order.
  • Our team, BVC Logistic, supplier or manufacturer’s representative will collect the product for inspection.
  • If the defect claim is valid:
    • A replacement product will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
    • If stock is unavailable, a coupon/credit note will be issued for your next purchase.
  • No shipping cost will be charged in such cases.
  • Returns are processed within 15 days. Courier partner: BVC Logistic.
  • The replacement product will be delivered within 15 days.
